The 1980 Malaysia 10 Sen State Coinage KM-3 is a copper-nickel Proof issue celebrating Malaysian national identity through one of Kuala Lumpur’s most recognizable civic landmarks. The obverse depicts the Parliament House complex, with its tall rectangular tower rendered in a dense grid of windows beside the long, low parliamentary building and its distinctive angular roof structure. Above the architecture appears a crescent and radiant multi-pointed star, while a scalloped inner border neatly frames the composition. The reverse centers the large numeral 10 beneath the country name, with the Sen denomination and 1980 date below. Symmetrical floral ornaments with blossoms, leaves and curling stems flank the value, complemented by a small mint mark and matching scalloped border. Struck in CuNi with a reflective Proof finish and certified PCGS PR68, this attractive State Coinage issue combines architecture, national symbolism and classic Malaysian numismatic design, making it a desirable addition to a world coin collection.
