The 1980 Malaysia 10 Sen Parliament House KM-3 coin is a refined CuNi Proof issue celebrating the nation’s parliamentary identity and modern state institutions. The obverse presents Malaysia’s Parliament House complex in Kuala Lumpur, with its distinctive tall rectangular tower, detailed grid-like façade and adjoining low assembly building. Above the architecture appears the crescent and radiant multi-pointed star, prominent national symbols of Malaysia, while a delicate scalloped border frames the design. The reverse is dominated by the large numeral 10, surrounded by the country name, denomination, 1980 date and symmetrical floral ornaments, again enclosed by a decorative border. The contrast between architectural geometry, national symbolism and floral details gives this compact coin strong visual character. Struck in copper-nickel and certified NGC PF 68, it is an attractive high-grade example for collectors of Malaysian coinage, architecture, government buildings and world Proof issues.
