The 2007 Malaysia 1 Ringgit commemorative coin celebrates the installation of Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin as the 13th Yang di-Pertuan Agong, an important event in Malaysia’s constitutional monarchy. Struck in aluminium bronze and certified PCGS PR68, the coin has an elegant golden appearance and sharply defined ceremonial imagery. The portrait side presents the King in traditional royal attire and an elaborate ceremonial headdress decorated with geometric patterns and a prominent star-like emblem. His name and royal title encircle the portrait, while the installation date, 26 April 2007, appears below. The opposite side displays Malaysia’s national coat of arms in exceptional detail: a crowned shield supported by two tigers, crescent and star above, motto ribbons below, and a large wreath of rice stalks surrounding the heraldic composition. Fine horizontal lines enrich the background, while the 1 Ringgit denomination and Bank Negara Malaysia complete the design. A superb royal, heraldic and historical Malaysian collectible.
