Mexico 1/10 onza Libertad Angel Independence KM-610 PR 69 PCGS silver coin 2004

This Mexico 1/10 Onza Libertad silver coin of 2004, KM-610, is a scarce Proof issue struck in .999 fine silver by the Mexican Mint and certified PR 69 by PCGS. The reverse depicts Winged Victory, the Angel of Independence, standing atop her monumental column with one arm extended, flowing drapery and intricately feathered wings. Behind her rise Popocatépetl and Iztaccíhuatl above the detailed Valley of Mexico landscape, with small plants in the foreground. The surrounding legends read 1/10 ONZA PLATA PURA, 2004, LEY .999 and display the Mo mint mark. The obverse carries Mexico’s national coat of arms beneath ESTADOS UNIDOS MEXICANOS: a powerful eagle gripping a snake while perched on a prickly pear cactus, framed by oak and laurel branches tied with ribbon. With a Proof mintage of only 2,500 and a near-perfect PCGS PR69 grade, this fractional Libertad offers notable rarity and collector appeal.
