This Mongolia 250 Togrog silver coin from 2007 celebrates the Moscow Metro, one of the world's most recognizable underground railway systems, inaugurated in 1935. The reverse features a striking blue-colored metro train emerging from a detailed tunnel, with passenger windows, doors, headlights, railway tracks, sleepers, and a platform. A geometric tunnel ceiling, radiating decorative lines, and a blue star enhance the composition. The inscriptions commemorate the Mytishchi Railcar Building Plant, established in 1897, with the dates 1897 and 2007. The obverse displays the Mongol Bank emblem inside an ornamental frame, traditional Mongolian script, elegant flourishes, a stylized botanical motif, the 250 Togrog denomination, and a triangular border. Struck in .999 fine silver with selective coloring, this coin combines industrial history, transportation heritage, and detailed numismatic artistry. NGC MS69 certification adds collector appeal to this distinctive railway commemorative.
