This Mexico 100 Pesos 2004 bimetallic coin commemorates Querétaro Arteaga within the Mexican Federation and is certified PCGS MS65. Its distinctive design combines a silver-colored center with a golden outer ring. The state side displays the elaborate coat of arms of Querétaro: a crowned eagle rises above a quartered heraldic shield, flanked by draped flags and surrounded by military trophies, floral branches and ornamental details. The shield includes a radiant sun, stars and additional regional emblems. The date 2004 appears at right, while ESTADO DE QUERÉTARO ARTEAGA, the Mo Mexico City mint mark, $100 denomination and dotted border complete the composition. The national side depicts Mexico’s iconic eagle grasping a snake while standing on a fruit-bearing prickly pear cactus, accompanied by oak and laurel branches tied with a ribbon and ESTADOS UNIDOS MEXICANOS. An attractive MS65 example combining Mexican history, state heraldry and national symbolism.
