The 1980 Malaysia 10 Sen Republic Coinage Parliament House coin is a classic copper-nickel Proof issue highlighting the country’s national institutions and distinctive modern architecture. The obverse depicts the Parliament House complex in Kuala Lumpur, dominated by its tall rectangular tower with a finely rendered grid façade and the long, low parliamentary building extending beside it. Above appears Malaysia’s crescent and radiant multi-pointed star, while a scalloped inner border frames the entire composition. The reverse centers on a large raised numeral 10, accompanied by the country name, Sen denomination and 1980 date. Delicate symmetrical floral ornaments flank the numeral, with a small mint mark below and another scalloped border completing the design. Certified PCGS PR69DCAM, this CuNi coin offers exceptional Proof preservation and strong visual contrast. Its architecture, national symbolism and near-perfect grade make it an appealing addition to Malaysian and world coin collections.
