The 2003 Macedonia 100 Denars Adamov-Cengo is a silver pattern trial issue dedicated to Metodija Andonov-Cento, an important Macedonian political figure associated with the establishment of Macedonian state institutions during World War II. Certified PCGS SP67, this scarce specimen combines historical portraiture with a commemorative statehood design. The portrait side features a detailed bust of Andonov-Cento in a suit and tie, with his distinctive moustache, framed by his name and the dates 1902–1957. The opposite side depicts the ASNOM Memorial Center in Pelince as a stylized modern structure with rounded architectural forms, circular window motifs and a prominent central entrance. The date 2 August 2003 appears across the building, while the large 100 denomination occupies the lower field. Andonov-Cento became the first president of ASNOM’s Presidium in 1944 and remains closely connected with the formation of modern Macedonian statehood. Its pattern status, silver composition, SP67 certification and political-historical theme make this an especially appealing piece for collectors of Balkan numismatics and trial coinage.
