The 2010 Lithuania 50 Litu Battle of Grunwald (Žalgirio Mūšis) KM-181 silver coin commemorates the 600th anniversary of the historic 1410 victory over the Teutonic Order. Certified PCGS PR67, this impressive Proof collectible celebrates a defining moment in Lithuanian and Polish history. The reverse portrays two opposing groups of medieval warriors wearing helmets, chainmail, armor, and boots, carrying shields, spears, and heraldic banners. Flying arrows emphasize the intensity of battle, while a stylized armored hand, dates 1410–2010, and ŽALGIRIO MŪŠIS complete the composition. The obverse features a magnificent quartered Lithuanian heraldic shield displaying a mounted knight, double cross, bear, and armed warrior, surrounded by intricate Gothic ornaments, beaded borders, and decorative figures. Led by Vytautas the Great and King Władysław II Jagiełło, the allied forces secured a landmark victory. A remarkable historical silver coin for discerning collectors.
