A new uncirculated banknote UNC.
Lebanon 5000 Livres 2014 Specimen banknote is an attractive modern issue distinguished by its red Arabic specimen overprints and certified PCGS Banknote GEM UNC 66 PPQ. The face combines warm pink, orange, violet and blue tones with intricate geometric panels, Arabic text and denomination elements. A prominent Cedar of Lebanon appears at lower left, while a large stylized denomination motif, geometric diamonds, fine patterned fields and a floral element enrich the composition. Red diagonal specimen markings appear on both sides of the design. The reverse features Banque du Liban, repeated 5000 numerals, Cinq Mille Livres, another cedar tree and an elaborate central grid of interlocking squares against multicolored linear patterns. Identified as Pick #91bs, this specimen was produced by Oberthur Fiduciaire and carries no regular serial number. Its superb 66 PPQ grade, specimen status and iconic Lebanese cedar imagery make it a desirable addition to collections of Lebanon currency and certified world banknotes.
