Bohemia 3 Kreuzers 1700-GE, Prague Mint, issued under Leopold I (often historically referenced in connection with the Habsburg dynasty), KM-590. This early 18th-century silver coin represents the rich monetary tradition of the Kingdom of Bohemia within the Holy Roman Empire. Certified MS62 by PCGS, it is a well-preserved survivor from a pivotal era in Central European history.
The obverse features a detailed crowned imperial double-headed eagle with spread wings, holding regalia and bearing a central shield on its chest. The surrounding Latin legend names the ruler and titles, with the denomination “3” visible in the inscription. The reverse displays the crowned Bohemian lion rampant within a circular legend, along with mint references and decorative elements characteristic of Prague issues. Fine beading along the rim frames both sides, while the aged silver surfaces show attractive original toning consistent with early modern coinage.
Struck in silver at the Prague Mint in 1700, this 3 kreuzers piece reflects Habsburg authority and regional heraldry. Graded MS62 by PCGS, it offers historical depth and certified authenticity—an excellent acquisition for collectors of early European and Holy Roman Empire coinage.
