The collectible coin of Democratic Republic of the Congo is dedicated to the famous movie character Babe the Pig. The movie was launched in 1995 and won the great popularity and box office due to its innovative visual effects at the time. The fantastic story tells about the little pig called Babe who wanted to be a sheepdog. The film won numerous awards in different nominations. The coin made of .925 silver shows the gilded figure of Babe piglet on its reverse. The name of the animal is indicated near the image while the year of issue is minted below. The opposite side bears the image of a lion, which is the symbol of the state. The name of the country is placed along the rim of the collectible piece while the 10 francs denomination is indicated below the image. The coin is stored in a wooden demonstration box with a CoA.
