The reverse features a central medallion with two wrestlers captured in a powerful athletic stance, surrounded by a ring of Cyrillic inscriptions referencing the early Olympic tradition. Around the outer field runs the inscription “ДЕСЕТИ ОЛИМПИЙСКИ КОНГРЕС 1973,” while at the bottom, the iconic five Olympic rings and the small marking “ВАРНА” reaffirm the host city.
