The obverse features the national emblem of Belarus placed above a decorative composition designed as a clock dial, with stylized numerals, floral elements and ornamental chains. Around the border are inscriptions “РЭСПУБЛІКА БЕЛАРУСЬ”, the year 2010, the denomination 20 РУБЛЁЎ and the hallmark Ag 925. The reverse presents five birds in flight, shown against lines resembling barbed wire, with the inscription “65 ГОД ПЕРАМОГІ” below. The imagery emphasizes themes of remembrance, time and historical continuity.
